I always like the job Zerorez does on my carpets. However, this time in addition to my carpets I got my kitchen and dining room tile done. I have a dog (lab) so I can't beging to tell you how filthy the white grout was. It was the color of Georgia red clay and Zerorez made it look better than it did when the tile was first laid. I am super pleased.

I love that you do not use soaps. I hate treating a stain only then to find out that it gets worse over time because of what I cleaned it with. lso, I appreciated the 1 hour call ahead and the tech ariving within the time frame given to us. He was very knolegable, firendly, and professional. Great experience!

Dry time was very quick. Jonathan was very professional and explained his cleaning procedure. I did not plan to have kitchen floor porcelain tile cleaned, however, I was very pleased with the outcome of the cleaning. Some of the grout was badly stained. Excellent service.
