They did a great job on getting my carpets clean. They were quick and left my carpets practically dry. I had melted wax from a candle embedded in my carpet for several years which no one has been able to remove; Zerorez was able to remove it and you could never tell it was there. They did a fantastic job and I will be calling them again when I need them in the future!

James did a great job cleaning the carpet. He is knowledgeable and represented the company in a professional demeanor. He is friendly and I would refer him to friends and family. I was hesitant in scheduling when I was informed the tech could not move any of the furniture out of the way. The telephone representative quoted me a price and I felt that was relatively higher than most carpet cleaning companies, based on the number of rooms I have and the square footage. Especially considering your company was not going to move anything. Not impressed with your customer service, but was impressed with James.
There was hardly any smell. No chemicals. Our technician was professional and on time. We are very pleased with our carpet cleaning.
