Our carpets were extremely filthy following a large dog having intestinal issues. We were not able to replace the carpets so, with little expectation, called Zero Rez to do what they could with them. We were all stunned at how well your tech was able to remove almost all signs of pet stains using your treatment and method of cleaning.

We were impressed with how easy the carpet came clean. Extra bad places even came clean. A spray of "protectant" was put on to prevent reoccurrence of soiling on a cream colored carpet. We thought we were going to need a new carpet, but since the cleaning, we saved thousands to spend elsewhere in the house.
