Our technician was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Our nearly 10 year old carpets looked absolutely fantastic afterwards and what we really noticed was how soft they were - no residue at all, and they've stayed looking good longer than other times we've had them cleaned (and with all the rain, a teenager, and 5 dogs, that's saying something!!)

I could see the difference. My carpet LOOKED clean! The service technician was very thorough and professional. There was a spot that was in my carpet that I was certain he would not get out but he did!!! I was totally amazed by the services I received. Very Impressed! The only thing that I was not aware of was the trip charge of $15.00. In the future, be sure that the phone representative inform the customer of the $15.00 trip charge b/c I would have liked to have known that. But, the service I received, was excellent!! I would highley recommend and WILL use Zerorez again.

The technician was courteous, prompt and able to remove stains that had been left behind by a previous carpet cleaner as well as other stains that I thought would not come up. I'm very happy with zerorez and would gladly pay extra for their services to have the job done right the first time.
