Byrom the tech did a great job pre-treating the spots before cleaning. The carpet as a whole really looks so nice and clean. Only thing, is when a person calls in to schedule a cleaning job please ask them if they wish to have the closets in the house cleaned and if so what kind of closets are they...walk in? (aprox size? I did not like being told that the closets were going to be an additional cost. It's not the money so much as it is feeling like the customer is being jerked around. In my business I am frequently asked what vendors I would hire for various projects. My reputation is at stake here so as long as my clients are treated well I am happy.

Our Zerorez rep was very professional and at our house on time. He completed in a timely manner and the carpets look great.

The fact that your product leaves no residue and the tech, Timothy, was very nice and explained everything very well. If this cleaning shows an improvement over the ones I have used before I will continue to use Zerorez and hopefully Timothy will be available to do the job.
