I like the fact that the cleaning solution is water! There is no soapy residue left after the cleaning to attract dirt. I like the fact that the drying time nearly cut in half compared to others I have used. Equally important, Tim was clear in his instruction, careful in moving about my home, and a very pleasant and knowledgeable serviceman. I am pleased with every aspect of my Zerorez experience! I WILL be calling on Tim again!

I like the fact that it dries quickly. What I wish is that smaller tables and upholstered chairs that aren't that heavy could be moved and the space treated rather than just working around them. I am speaking of items that I can move at 80 years of age! Other than this complaint your representative did a great job and was very helpful and polite. He did move the dining room chairs and the smaller chairs in the living room, but worked around the chairs in the den. My rooms, stairs and hallway look great!
