Customer service techs that set up the call need to clarify the 48 hour cancellation policy can result in a $50 fee and the time you select for service is a window and not the actual time they show up for example 0Phone number removed is the time frame. Overall very happy and will use service again. Rug feedback will happen once I get it back.

You technician was very pleasant and thorough. He explained what he would be doing and once he was done, he explained if there were any particularly difficult spots. The carpets look unbelievable!!! I will definitely refer zerorez!! Also, the little amount of time that it took for the carpets to dry!

Thank You to Zerorez. The 2 guys you sent over to clean the Vents were very efficent and professional. I have never seen Vents cleaned like that before. I was amazed by the results. I would definitely recommend Zerorez because now I have had my Carpets cleaned in the past with a Technician who was also very polite and professional and the 2 technicians for the Vent cleaning. Stanley Steemer has definitely lost a customer because I will be using Zerorez from now on.

Very faired priced, timely, professional and a great result. I had purchased my girlfriend a puppy 6 months ago and through training we had several accidents that I have tried to remove with no sucess. The gentleman showed up and in no time my carpets looked new.

I like they didn't leave my carpet "crunchy" and rough. Tim, my technician was fabulous. Very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain the entire process.

Number one is the service. I have forgotten your tech's name that serviced my home, but he was excellent and tried hard to get out stains. He also was a good salesman and took my small areal rug to show how your cleaning method works on area rugs. I do still have some stains that I was hoping would come out but unfortunately they must be old and ingrained. I love that the carpet feels soft after being washed. Stanley Steemer made it feels crinkly.
