the cleaning associate very knowledgeable and friendly. bought a foreclosure, and didn't think the carpet could have gotten that clean, but it did. our pets were marking where the past resident's pet must have left residue; and we had a geratric dog that left marks before he died. haven't let our newest puppy addition to the cleaned area yet, just in case; but it looks wonderful. do wish you listed a guestimate of the prices for the pet treatment on line so that I would have known how many hundreds more it was going to cost.
