The Zerorez technician was very professional and hard working. He was able to remove stains in our carpet as well as our sectional sofa. The whole house smells better and we were very impressed with the service from Zerorez.
Had an issue with previous dispatch, but Bill came out and not only fixed the problem, but went above and beyond by doing my stairs as well. Initially I was upset - mainly just sad, actually - over the let-down of the first service (not even completing an entire room for the $134, when I was initially told at least the whole room (with 2 pet-stained areas) and stairs).
I no longer feel like I wasted the money I saved to get this done. Bill is great, and I will positively recommend Zerorez to others looking for carpet cleaning service! I will be leaving positive reviews on all forums I can, as I understand that things happen, but believe a company's real customer service abilities show in how they resolve those mistakes. Thanks for making it right!

Your men were kind and considerate. They made sure I knew everything that they were going to do. They were honest about some stains that they were not sure they would be able to get out.
The focus of your technicians, Kyle and Sam, to give the "best customer service". They did an outstanding job on cleaning the carpet and couldn't have been more polite and courteous. After years in executive office management with telecommunications, Kyle and Sam should be the "bar" that your other technicians are measured by. THEY ROCK!!!!
