The technicians, Ryan and Justin were FABULOUS!!!! They answered ALL my questions and were VERY informative, not only on the products, but on ways to help maintain the cleanliness of the carpet in relation to pet stains from their fur (not only the urine and feces issues!) My daughter recently moved here and will DEFINITELY use Zerorez (and ask for Justin and Ryan to complete the work). I will recommend, and have to my neighbor already, Zerorez! There is one stain that has reappeared on the carpet, and I will see if it can be treated again when a technician is out in this area again. Overall I am highly pleased with the results.
