Great communication by the dispatch and the service person. The service person (Johnathan) first walked the house, and told me exactly what he planned to do. He showed me the trouble spots in the carpet, and how he was going to get them out. He communicated and carried himself very well and professionally. I had a great experience with Zerorez, and the carpet looks brand new again!

Cameron was prompt and professional. He took the time to explain how your technology worked, and he took pictures of the carpet in the basement that he treated vs the untreated portion.

Of course, my carpets are sparkling, but the most impresive part of the experience was the very cordial and friendly service demonstrated by Anthony. He is a very nice young man who took the time to explain the process to me. He was minimally disruptive and careful with my pets (3 cats). He clearly has a very high level of integrity as I offered him a nice tip and he politely declined, saying he was not permitted to accept tips!

House was a short sales so carpets and bathroom floors were filthy. Zerorez got it sooo clean. I was shocked. And our technician (sorry it's been a couple weeks can't remember his name) was do courteous and pleasant despite the sweltering temperatures. I also thought he took great care not to scratch our newly painted walls.

The service man was very thorough. He did the job very quickly and was courteous. Give him a raise. The only thing that we did not like was the increase in cost of the job. It was much more than was discussed on the phone. Better coordination is needed with this. This upset me a little. The carpets look great, and the financial thing I consider to be a misunderstanding. I would recommend you and this serviceman anytime. We will get you again.

We had a problem with the first cleaning--their hoses left marks on the stairs. They were extremely responsive and called immediately to schedule someone to come with special equipment to remove the grease stains. The cleaners were both very friendly and professional, and clearly concerned about providing excellent service.

I live outside your service area so was not able to use your in-home carpet cleaning services. But I did bring some area rugs in to the Norcross plant and was satisfied with this service.

The service rep - Timothy - is an asset to your company. Not only was he efficient he was the most polite and friendly young man that you could have sent to my home. The job he did on my carpets was very good and I had my doubts about cleaning the sofa and footstool but he assured me it would not to a problem.............I was amazed when he finished the job. I have already told several people about Zerorez and will use you again in the future.

You do not use chemicals or detergents that leave residue and your contractors are impeccable, polite and do an outstanding job. They arrive on time and make sure everything is completed to perfection before they leave. That's a great combination!

Super nice people, cared about my home (corner bumpers, foot sleeves, etc.), worked really hard, and gave good advice on what to expect regarding drying times, etc.
