Nate, the technician, was VERY polite and knowledgeable! Did a wonderful job! VERY satisfied!!
Knowledge of product. Friendly and courteous.
Carpets are incredibly clean even though they are quite old. I have had other companies before and there products always smelled a bit and you could quickly see dirt patterns develop due to residues. I will always use Zerores from here on out. And your worker was courteous and professional and what every customer expects. Jevoris Palmer represented your company well. I will request him by name and my neighbor is already inquiring. Thanks!
I made one phone call. The scheduling was easy. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I had some pet odors and now the whole house smells fresh. The carpets look great.
