Honestly, it has been the customer service that keeps me coming back more than anything. (and you do a fantastic job cleaning!). It is nearly impossible to find Services that treat you with respect, hear your needs and that you can TRUST to not rip you off. I feel in control of what I want and don't feel like I am getting sold a bunch of services I don't need. Companies like Zerorez are few and far between! I have yet to come across an employee that didn't seem really happy to be working with Zerorez, and that attitude is then passed on to the consumer!
