Client Testimonials

Great service and your Tech was excellent.

No chemicals

Cameron and Brandon are AWESOME employees and are an asset to your company. Both gentlemen were polite, knowledgeable and professional. Sometimes it's scary having random people in our home but I wasn't worried one minute with those guys in our home. They both did a fantastic job and made me feel at ease while they were in our home. They explained some of the possible up charges to me but were not pushy about me buying them. I would welcome both guys back into our home anytime!!! Thank you for hiring nice guys that I don't have to feel like are going to come back and rob our house. Have a blessed day. Oh and we love the ZeroRez product.

The process of the water y'all use is cool. It just cleans. This past time though it took almost three days for the carpets to dry.

Great service. Great job

Timely, polite, efficient

I like the fact that the tech took time to tell me what he had done and if I had any problem areas that he was unable to clean; like the way the carpet smells and feels after its dry - no chemical smell and of course I love the price!

Efficient re-servicing.

We have made attempts on the past to clean the carpet by ourselves and also went with other companies. The carpet has never been as clean as when we owed Zerorez. The old dirt is removed from years ago! We are very pleased! We will definitely call again and recommend the service.

I like that Zerorez does not use chemicals and I love the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The services are also performed in a timely and proficient manner.

The carpets were so clean after having my dad in in-home hospice. Very professional tech.
