You get the carpet as clean as you can. Last year you were able to get the carpet looking like new. This year, there had been some really bad stains so you couldn't get them all out, but it looked great.

I was looking for a professional company with a great reputation and fair pricing. Everyone I spoke to recommended Zerorez. I went to their website and watched a few videos and felt comfortable enough to call. I'm so happy I did. Zerorez did a great job in my 5 rooms, stairs, and hallway. They stuck to the estimate they gave me, (no bait & switch games). Their Specialist Anthony Amerson was very polite and took great care of my home while working, as if it were his own. I couldn't be more pleased.

Our service person, Eric, was super. We would not only use Zerorez again, but we will recommend Eric as our technician. The product left our carpets looking brand new. There was no odor left behind. The capet dried in under 6 hours.

James was the best! Explained everything and my upholstery looks so much better! It went through two moves and storage and was quite dirty. The only suggestion I have is that when an appointment is made, the customer be told about the trip charge. Although it isn't a huge amount, Zerorez is not inexpensive and it all adds up. I felt bad that James was put on the spot having to tell me about it. It was a good experience and I will certainly use you again for carpet and upholstery. Thank you!

The technicians are very professional and they do a great job. This is the second time we've used Zerorez and our carpet looks great. We really like that there is no sticky residue on the carpet afterwards. Even though we didn't have pet odors or any other strong, noticeable odors in our carpet before, the carpet and whole house now have a fresh smell that IS very noticeable. :) Great job Zerorez, we'll definitely recommend you and use your service again.
