The technician (I believe his name was Dana) was very friendly and courteous. He explained the process. Also, the carpets came out looking great and several stains that other companies didn't get out are completely gone.

I was very skeptical of the service until I saw the amazing results. My carpet is 12 years old and was covered with every stain possible from my four young children. After zerorez, the carpet looks brand new. I am amazed and will schedule an appointment for the rest of my home soon. Cameron was hard working and professional. He was a nice guy and worked to clean the carpet as if it was his own. I have already recommended your company to 8 of my friends.

I like that there are no chemicals and soaps to reattract dirt however, we had some stain areas that the cleaner wasn't able to get out.

First off the professionalism of everyone I spoke with at your office and having Tim as our Tech was the best face to face representation of your Company we could have asked for! He explained 'everything' -- from how the cleaning worked, what to expect, what to do after he left etc-- I'm sure I'm missing some key points but we didn't feel Tim overlooked anything. He answered our questions before we even asked which was very refreshing. He is definitely an asset to your organization and when we are ready for a return visit, we will be asking that he visit us again.
We do understand your policy of no cash tips which Tim rejected when we offered one to him. So we hope our phone call to Rob Walters/Manager on Thursday 7/25/2013 and this feedback are ways for Tim to receive the internal Company recognition he deserves.

There were no up sells or surprises and the work was done professionally. The best part was being able to walk on the carpet after drying and having it feel....like carpet again. Oh that, and being able to pronounce Zerorez spelled backwards.
