The technician was very informative and knowledgable to all my questions

They both get the job done!

Everything! This time I called with an emergency, my dog had terrible accidents all over my living room carpet. I called them at 8am and the tech was there at 1:15!

Your technician was very prompt, polite, informative and efficient. He did an excellent job in a timely manner and left our carpet clean and fresh...the only evidence he was ever there.

First of all, my carpets are screamingly clean. He got out a stain I thought would've been impossible. Second, John Jones (I think that's his name) was AWESOME. Super friendly and detail-oriented. He pointed out everything he did and he did it well.

Very friendly and professional individuals. My carpets always look amazing after they are cleaned.

I have used several other cleaning companies in the past, and Zerorez is the most professional and gets the best results for a reasonable price.

Tim went to work quickly after taking a look at the areas I wanted cleaned. He spent the time required to do an excellent job on my carpets, especially in the most soiled areas. I've had the them cleaned by other companies in the past, but Zerorez did the most outstanding job without a doubt. I would not hesitate to recommend Zerorez to anyone that I know. Excellent experience! I will absolutely be calling them again in the future.
