Always friendly and courteous. But this time it was an hour past my appointment time before Zero Rez showed up. The technicians were very apologetic and they didnt charge me the fuel fee of $15.00 which was nice. Otherwise, everything was awesome, as usual.

Myles and Lee serviced our home carpets. They were professional, polite and did a thorough job cleaning all of the spots on the carpet. They explained in detail the process and made me feel extremely comfortable. I appreciated that they went the second mile by wearing booties in the house, placing plastic barriers between the cords and the wall corners, etc. I would definately use Zerorez again and would specifically request Myles and Lee. Kudos to them!

The carpet was not real wet when Jonathan finished cleaning. It looks like brand new carpet. I also purchased 2 filters for my AC/Furnaces to see if this will cut down on dust in my house. I can't wait to get those and hopefully find they help. I was very pleased with the service. Jonathan was a very nice young man and explained the services to me very clearly and answered all of my questions with helpful informative answers. Great Job Jonathan.
