As a result of your technicians desire to strive for customer satisfaction, the completed work clearly met my high expectations - the bedroom, hallway and stair carpet looked and spelled fabulous - like the day they were installed 8 years ago! I appreciate the care, time ( the work performed was not rushed) and respect my home was given by your technician (Anthony).

I like that you use a truck mount system and that all the equipment is very well maintained and in good operational condition. It's nice to see a cleaning company actually use HOT water to clean my carpets for a change. I like that the technician spent adequate time thoroughly spraying the pre-treatment and was very thorough in the actual cleaning process. A much better cleaning than previous companies and what I expect when I have my carpets cleaned.

No heavy chemical smell. Seemed to have done a decent job on a very old and badly stained carpet. It's only been a couple of weeks now, so I'm curious to see if some of the stains come back up, but so far they have not.

I was not originally happy with my appointment time but they came 15 minutes early after calling which was good the technician walked me through everything, protected the corners of my furniture and did an amazing job. James was great the results only took an hour.

It is clean and safe to have around my pets. The tech's are always so friendly and polite. Brandon did a great job and was very patient as I kept adding things for him to do.
