Where do I begin without getting into a bunch of legal junk? It all started with a new rug. The dogs had gotten mud on our brand new rug!!!! We(she)made the mistake of calling a clown from "Stanley Steemer" to house to sort it all out. After an hour of cleaning, the mud was actually WORSE! Here's where it gets hairy, my old lady lost it! By the time I had gotten home from work, she already mved his van to the back yard, had him tied up and was working on him "Reservoir Dogs" style. Now we've got blood to deal with and the dude actually soiled himself! It took us months to find that rug so her rage was a bit scary.... We put our heads together and moved the somewhat innocent man to the basement and called ZEROREZ!!!!
Out comes Ryan and his trainee to the rescue!!! They took care of everything! All of the mud was gone and he even managed to get that poor mans urine out as well!!! Your employees fixed all of our rug issues and probably saved that poor mans life! Ryan and the trainee said that they run into this all of the time and that stained rugs, crazy women and hostages were the norm when having to go behind another cleaning company.
I gave them a "10." They went out of their way to help and most importantly, they didn't call the fuzz. KUDOS KUDOS KUDOS KUDOS ZEROREZ!
Actually we had three rooms cleaned and they handled it better than anyone from any other company could have, which is exactly what I expected from the REZ crew. Keep up the good work and tell Kyle to wash the gravy outa van 4!

I was pleased with the entire Zerorez experience. The technician arrived on time just as scheduled. He was very polite and professional. When he got to my house, he did a walk through an analyzed the carpet. He realized that my carpet was older and let me know that he could not promise that the carpets would look like new after the process. He even went so far as to do the first room and let me decide if I wanted him to continue. Of course, the carpet looked great and I elected to have him complete the job. The carpet looked great and dried beautifully in the estimated time. We are completely happy with the job that Zerorez did at our house.

Our carpet was clean and looking alot better. Granted, in some areas it would be impossible to get the carpet perfect given the age and condition, but the service was very good and we were pleased.
