The product did a great job on our carpet. The technician was the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. There was unfortunately a bit of a blip in communication between your office and the tech regarding pricing. Your office quoted me that up to 10 stairs count as a single room and any additional steps are $4 each. Your tech has been trained that up to 10 steps count as a single room and anything over 10 (presumably not over 20) should be counted as 2 rooms. The tech was firm but friendly in stating that position but, he accepted our word and charged me as I had been told by your office. If the tech was correct and the office person was incorrect, you should consider whether you really want to tell the customer that you're going to charge him significantly more per step if he has 16 steps than if he has 10. Many wouldn't notice that but, those of us who do begin to wonder what other "gotcha" policies we might encounter with Zerorez.

We were very pleased with our carpets serviced by Zerorez. Ryan provided excellent service! He addressed each room and all our questions. He cleaned each room thoroughly. He was professional, accommodative and courteous! We plan to continue to use Zerorez for our carpet cleaning and will request Ryan again.

Done professional and timely
First, the Zerorez cleaning process is much better than any we have tried. Carpet are cleaner and if only takes a few hours (versus 1-2 days of others) to dry. We have used Zerorez twice and both times the carpets looked great after cleaning. Importantly, the Zerorez technicians have been great...friendly, professional, courteous, and very conscientious about doing a good job. From now on we'll only call Zerorez
