Customer service was excellent and technician was super nice and professional. He worked very hard and spent almost 4 hrs cleaning 5 pieces of upholstery. My only issue is that a few stains on the skirt of one of the sofas cleaned did not come out very well, and still remain.

Your people came when they said they would come. They were able to get ALL the dirt out of the carpet. They were VERY helpful and accommodating which was extremely valuable since I am disabled and my wife has a broken arm. They were very careful and respectful of us and everything in our home.
