Great customer service, carpet much cleaner than I imagined it would be, and no lingering fake smells

Pet stain removal works great. Charles, my carpet cleaning associate was on time, friendly, upfront with pricing, and did an excellent job on my carpets. The scheduling staff did forget to schedule me on my original sat. date but rescheduled me after I made the call for their no show, quoting me a $15.00 reduction in my fee for the inconvience. I felt that more should have been offered for the work I did to prepare for them to come, at least what I would have been charged as a customer no show which it states is a $50.00 fee for last minute cancellations.Overall the carpets are clean and I am satisified with my
technician Charles.

I like the fact that no chemicals were used when cleaning my carpet (one of the reasons I chose Zerorez). The process also does not leave the carpet extremely wet (it was dry in about 4 hours). The technician (Kenny) was on time, very friendly and professional. He explained each step of what was involved in the cleaning. The carpet is now so clean, it's like having new carpet. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and use them again.

Technician was timely and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job on my carpets, and honestly explained areas on my rug that simply could not be cleaned.

don't use chemicals. I would prefer a paper receipt than having to use my computer or at least an option. my printer isn't working.

The carpets looked great when the technician was done, and the freshener he sprayed made the dog odors disappear - he was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I love the zerorez cleaning method of using empowered water to remove all the dirt and grime for our carpets. Plus, Kyle was the perfect person to clean for my Mother. She said he was very kind, and helpful during her cleaning. Even though he had to come back and reclean the stairs, he explained thoroughly how wicking sometimes effects the carpet especially on stairs and heavy worn places. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness to us.

Anthony and his assistant were beyond exceptional! They were very friendly and talkative and even told me to take my time and drive safely when I was running late and stuck in traffic. They took a completely stained carpet and smelly rental house from previous tenants and turned it into brand new looking carpet as well as a fresh smelling house. I would call them everytime I need my carpets cleaned from here on out.

The guy that did the cleaning was very professional and answered all of my questions before moving forward with the estimate. Our carpet needs to be replaced, but Zerorez cleaning will allow us to wait a little longer before enduring the expense of new carpet.
