I liked that my carpet didn't feel hard or crunchy after the cleaning. Troubled spots came out easily. Aubrey, my technician, was so professional, thorough, and prompt. Aubrey cleaned all the requested areas in little to no time and even showed up at my house earlier than expected which freed up the rest of my afternoon for other chores. He's great and when I use Zerores again I'll likely request Aubrey to service my home!

I liked the call ahead times....and the fact that the services provided remained as the amount I was quoted for the areas I had serviced.

Here's what I didn't like, which is really what you're looking for, correct? I have been working with Z since 2008 (I think, if not prior to that) and I scheduled my appointment on 4/18 for cleaning on 4/24. Between that time, I received 2 VMails and 4 add'l calls to confirm the appointment, on both land lines and cell phone ... I received another call around 8:20 am on 4/24 to let me know the driver was about 20 minutes out. I asked the dispatcher to make sure the tech understood he could come on thru the front door, and we reconfirmed the rooms I needed cleaned. I got another call approx 20 minutes later from the technician who said, "I was told to call you." I can understand confirmation calls when appointments have been scheduled months in advance ... less than a week is ridiculous... and to have to state 3x what I needed done was overkill. Can you tighten the process?

I like how safe the product is and how quickly the rugs are dry and ready for use.
