I called and scheduled an appointment and was scheduled in the same week. Approximately 15-20 minutes before the technician arrived, I received a call from Zerorez, who informed me that the technician was on his way and would arrive within 15-20 minutes. He arrived within 20 minutes,in a Zerorez van, and introduced himself. We then walked through the areas that I wanted cleaned. Cameron discussed the types of stains that were in my carpet, discussed how Zerorez worked, pretreated my carpets and proceeded to cleaned the carpets. I was so excited as I watched how clean my carpet was looking. I have not seen my carpet look this good in years. Cameron was professional and did a great job in a timely manner.

Your technician - Matthew Eaton - went above and beyond the call of duty!! My young daughters were excited to see how everything worked. Matthew went out of his way to show them EVERY step and explained what it did and why!! He answered every question they had and did it with a smile. WOW!!! My wife and I were THOROUGHLY impressed with his patience and just as impressed with what a great job he did cleaning our carpets!! His kindness and professionalism were completely unexpected! If I had a company of my own - I would want EVERY employee to be just like Matthew. I HOPE you realize what an awesome technician you have there and that you are rewarding him for it! The service for provider was very polite. it was good to see the scripture bracelets that he wore on his wrists. no he was a Christian made it very comfortable and easy to trust him in my home. he did an excellent job and I'm very pleased with his services. My carpet looks and smells amazing!

I recently had my furnance and ducts cleaned. I was very impressed with the Techician, Richard who was extremely knowledgable and great at explaining every detail. I commend Zerorez for both their excellent customer service as well as our fresh, clean carpeting.
