Although there was, at first, a problem with the amount being charged by the technician, Customer Service took care of it immediately and even from Mexico, the resolution was very easy. The quality of their work is excellent.

I'm really happy with the lack of dangerous chemicals in the cleaning solution. Our service technicians, Jonathan and Eric, were great too. Very friendly and informative. Jonathan explained the process and set up my expectations prior to cleaning so that I knew what my carpet would and would not look like after he was done.

When brown soap marks came back after a few days (I have been steam cleaning myself and must have pumped multiple gallons of soap into my carpet) I called and the tech came out again. I am satisfied that
your company has removed as much as humanly possible and blame the dog for the fact that the carpet will never look quite as good as when it was installed about 4 years ago. The tech, David, was prompt and courteous and experimented with the psi to get the best result. My only complaint is how you schedule appointments. I think most people would prefer a system where they have a little bit more say in the matter than just the day.
