It did not take all of the stains off however it came out better than expected. Also the tech. rep. was terrific in how he explained everything and how he went about his job.
Everything went perfectly from the cost estimate to the appt timing notifications both in writing and a call 30 minutes before arrival. My technician, Kendall, was kind and professional. He did an outstanding job and was most helpful. Carpets look great, extra pet treatment in the one room also seemed to really help. I also got a bottle of cleaner which I am pleased to have for multipurpose cleaning.

My carpet is approximately 23 years old. It's been thru several pets and I still have 2 currently. I was amazed that the "old" spots from the pets came out. My carpet hasn't looked this good since it was new. It's absolutely beautiful. The house smells fresher.

Zerorez was wonderful to work with. The carpet cleanwrbwas on time and courteous. He went above and beyond in treating and cleaning carpets that had suffered from years of abuse by animals and lack of care from the previous owner of the house. The carpets now look great and, more important, we cannot smell a hint of the pets that had formerly been there, which was especially important as my wife is allergic to dogs and cats. I would recommend anyone use Zerorez to clean their carpets. They will not he disappointed!
