I liked everything about your products and services. The Technician, Michael Cothran, was very knowledgeable and professional. My problem were some pet stains that I desperately wanted removed upstairs in the hallway. He told me about "Zerorez" and their products, gave me a quote on cleaning the areas I wanted cleaned, and then proceeded right away to do the job. I was so impressed with how quickly they brought in their equipment and got right to work. They did a terrific job!! I liked their work so much, that I let them take my two persian rugs from downstairs in the living area to clean. I cannot say enough of how happy I am that I called Zerorez. I also like the courtesey call about 30 minutes before they pulled into my driveway, When I've called the office, I have had nothing but the most professional person on the other end. So, thank you. It was a pleasure to have you clean my carpet!!!

The technician, James, was very friendly and did an excellent cleaning job. I have heard Zerorez advertising on WSB for years and finally decided to give them a call. The only thing that bothered me is the job is advertised at $129.00 but then a trip fee of $15.00 is tacked on. I think it would be more appropriate to include the trip fee in the advertised price up front. I opted out of having pet stains treated for another $60. We were not able to afford the additional charge.

The technican was great, was on time and was very customer oriented. Unfortunately, because I have all wool carpeting, the pet stains did not completely come out and they are still visible. The technician was not able to let the product soak into the carpet like he normally does due to concerns that the wool carpet would shrink.
I liked that it cleaned my carpet without leaving any spots.
Professional; zero residue
I have been pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service, prompt follow up and very courteous staff. Our technician, BJ, was on time, very professional, shared additional options, was knowledgeable regarding his product as well as informing us of other services the company provides, such as flooring.
I initially called because of a pet accident in one specific room. When the pet treatment was not completely successful on the first visit, the company responded quickly to set up a follow up appointment.
