Byron was super nice and courteous!! He really explained all the steps and explained every detail that he would be performing to clean my carpets. Once he was finnished, (which only took about 35mins.), I had brand new carpet! No more dog stains, no more mud stains, and no more food stains from my 5 year old boy... Well for now! I will Definitely be using Zerorez again. High quality products, high-quality people, and high-quality company!!!

Great customer service. The company called to confirm the appointment when they said they would, called before the appointement to let me know when the tech would arrive, and then the tech arrived at the agreed upon time. Very reliable. Carpets look great. One room has never been cleaned and the carpet looks new.

Anthony did a great job. He came in and worked with me and I felt like he was fair, courteous & knowledgeable. I was skeptical that once Zerorez showed up that the price would start increasing for every little thing. He did a great job of trying to upsell but also worked with me because I didnt have big rooms to clean. Anthony really did a great job & is a valuable asset to your team!

While the stain is still visible because it had been there for quite a while, and there is some sandy residue underneath the rug surprisingly, the smell and the feel of the rugs is wonderful after service. Thank you.
