the service provider was courteous and on time, gave a thorough explanation on what he was going to do and did his job quickly and made sure that he left things "in place", smiled nicely, gave us a receipt and left. Great job! The carpet took about 3-5 hours to completely dry and looked soooo much better at the end.
The service tech. was very professional and went through the entire house with me so I could point out any problem areas. I feel gret knowing that my carpets are and clean and residue-free. The tech. even showed me the water after he cleaned and even though it wasn't "that" dirty it did contain a lot of residue. Thank you ZERO REZ for helping make my home cleaner and safer.
