The items dried quickly and the service was superb.
We have 7 Rescues, 2 large Catahoulas (90 and 80 lb), plus 5 happy cats. So even though the pets are angels, no hideous issue or any accidents of pet stains from bathroom issues. Hallelujah! The dander and hair plus red dirt clay stains from doggie paws take their toll on our beige carpets. So when our tech , Mike came and did Zerorez the carpets came out beautiful! 10 year old carpets looking brand new is awesome.

I was very pleased with the cleaning service I received. However I have to give Zerorez the highest praise for the way they handled the issue with adding fabric coding to my carpet by the service person. Zeroreaz credit me the difference back from the total of my bill with no questions or hassel. This speck volumes of the integrity of Zerorez in the manner in which they handled the issue that I had. If I need my carpet cleaned again, I will use Zerorez and will tell others as well.

There was no residue left on my carpet or furniture after cleaning. The technician was very courteous and really knew the product. It was a great experience and I will definitely use Zerorez again.
Airduct cleaning went better than the carpet cleaning that I did last week. guys were very friendly and had a sense of humor.
