It was great! I heard it on the radio and decided to try them. My carpet got so clean and smelling fresh. The guy told me it would look even better once it dried and it actually did. He missed some spots and the problem is it really showed cause where he cleaned is simply spectacular! But not to worry, I am hooked on using Zerorez from now on and I am telling all that care to listen.

My technician DeAndre Sloan was very professional and knowledgeable. DeAndre was sure to provide me with all of the information I needed or requested about the products and equipment he was using to clean my carpet. After touring my home, he also made suggestions for other Zerorez services that I may be interested in having performed. This was my first experience with Zerorez and I will definitely be a return customer with the hopes that all of the technicians are as professional and knowledgeable as DeAndre was.

A problem experienced with the initial cleaning (missed duct)was immediately corrected; I would definately recommend them and will use them again myself. I've never had my air ducts cleaned before and they were filthy; probably causing some of my allergy problems.

I had both air ducts and carpet cleaned and would recommend both services to my friends. I intend to use them again.
