Friendly tech but a bit more pressure is applied by the tech to sell extra services which as a customer you need to say NO..... NO and more NO's.

My elderly parents were amazed at how beautiful their bedroom carpet looked after Zerorez cleaned it. After years of doggie messes and normal wear and tear we said "No Way" the carpet could be cleaned. The carpeted rooms looked brand new. Cole our Technician was very courteous and professional. Zerorez is the only company my whole family uses. I am pleased every single time!!!!
