I was very pleased with the service person(Charles) and the carpet was much cleaner than I expected. I was called an hour before my appt. & he arrived 20 min. later which meant my helper to move things was not yet here.However he did move things which I could not. Overall things went very well.

Knowledgeable and professionalism displayed by Dallas and George, as well as their efficiency in execution..However, too soon to tell, I’m hoping Zerorez process will reduce the amount of dust accumulation that i’ve been experiencing and cleaner air to aid in my allergies from both purifiers that were installed.
