The technicians, Brandon and Erin arrived at the scheduled time frame. They were friendly and courteous. i originally booked for their air ducts cleaning service. Brandon inspected my HVAC, took and showed me the pictures. He said that the system was very clean and that it did not worth me spending money on the cleaning. When my husband mentioned about my son's allergy, he recommended their PCO Air Purifier. He explained to me how the system worked in detail. We decided to have them installed the purifier in the hope that it would help improve my son's allergy. The cost was more than what we would have paid for air duct cleaning. The installation took less than 15 mins. We have had it for a few days. Time will tell if the purifier works and is worth the money I spent on or not. I am pleased with their service.
