Your technician called when they were on the way. They showed up on time. I was not on site at the time . They surveyed the home and called me back with the details to get the go ahead to proceed at the new price quote. I had overlooked an area when setting up the appointment. They did a great job. Told me to call if later something showed up that had been missed or did not appear to be properly cleaned.
