I liked the fact they came in put down some kind of cleaner, and by the time they brought in the rest of there equipment they vaccumed up whatever they put down and left our carpet looking like new. I love that there is no soap residue and the carpets had a fresh, clean scent and appearance. I love the corner savers used to prevent scuffing the door and wall corners with the hoses. My tech, Tyler, was professional and very personable.
