When he starting out the carpet was very dark near the door entrance and the hallway which are high traffic areas, after he finished, it looked nearly new. The stains were gone on the den carpet, and the heavy traffic area was very nice and bright. I was very pleased...

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and time conscious. My Berber carpet went from looking like it was ready to throw away to practically looking brand new. The service even restored a lot of the carpets original bounce and texture. I agreed to be charged extra to remove pet stains, but after seeing the results I was happy to pay for what I got.

The team who arrived were courteous and knowledgeable about the service and other products offered. They completed the job in a timely fashion. My a/c appears to work 'less' hard since the duct cleaning has been completed. Might be my imagination, however, I am happy with the result of the duct cleaning.

Your technician was very professional he explained what he was doing he did a thorough job. Like the fact there are no chemicals involved thank you for your services.

So far so good. The service tech was professional. He was going to be about 15 minuntes late and called to let me know. When he arrived I showed him the areas we needed cleaned and went right to work. The areas turned out looking great. I give it a 9 out of 10.

James, the technician, was very conscientious, and his work ethic was amazing! He had a lot to finish in my house, yet he never took a break, and he just kept on working from the inside carpets to the outside, our tile patio and tile porch! He definitely had a passion for helping people and getting the job done right ~

i received a call about 45 minutes prior to the technician's arrival telling me he was on his way. Jarvis arrived exactly 45 minutes later. He was polite, listened to my concerns, thoroughly checked out the areas of concern and made recommendations. He did an excellent job and our 21 year old carpet looks better than I ever imagined it could. Even the pet stains are barely noticible. We will definitely recommend Zerorez (and Jarvis!) to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.
