I have been using Zerorez for a few years and have been totally satisfied. My carpets look much cleaner and have no chemical build up because of the powered water technique they use. After the cleaning process the carpets do not take long to dry. The technicians that come out are very helpful and friendly. I definitely would recommend Zerorez to my friends.

The technician was awesome! He answered questions I had. He had a couple of recommendations to help where carpet is getting worn. Also gave us solution to use on spots when needed. He was very professionsal. We like the use of no chemicals on carpet.

My carpet looks great after it was cleaned. I was disappointed in terms of the initial cleaning of my sofa but because of the thirty day guarantee it was recleaned and it now looks great. I will use the company in the future.

Use a stronger spot treat chemical for stubborn spots/areas Most of the carpet looks great, but Many spots remain on our carpet just cleaned 😔.
Tim was great trying again in those areas, but your water didn’t get them out.
