I am a first time customer with Zerorez and I had a wonderful experience. I must say I was a bit hesitant to confirm the appointment based on the price of the carpet cleaning. I am so happy that I did, as my carpet looks practically brand new. The technician, Trell, was amazing. He explained every step of the process to me before he started. He took a tour of the places to be cleaned. Before he started the cleaning process he explained the exact amount of the carpet cleaning. Zerorez I am sure you know that you have a very good employee, Trell. He was very professional, personable, energetic and acted as if he was genuinely concerned about my carpet. I was very impressed with my service and I will definitely be a returning customer.
