Recently had Zerorez clean carpets. The service person who created the appointment was very courteous and upfront with the pricing and expectations. The service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. We need some extra work done but he worked with us on pricing. We did not feel any pressure for an upsale. Overall, this service call exceeded expectations.

I appreciated the timeliness of the technicians and thorough job done after their arrival. Additionally, they appeared to be experienced and explained exactly what was about to occur. They answered all questions I had about the process itself, cleaned up after themselves and allowed me the time to ponder over any additional services that I could seek from at a later date. They were patience and courteous which is not seen often by persons providing services. Customer service skills were excellent!

Technicians for the most part are excellent, James Davidson did more than I expected, he was able to remove stains that other techs had not be successful doing!

We had our air ducts cleaned and bought the ultraviolet light machine. The guys who came were so professional and thorough. They were here three hours. There was absolutely no hard sell whatsoever. Please know that I rate them a 10. they came to my house at 8 am on 7/31. They were absolutely fantastic!!!
