This is the 2nd time we have used Zerorez and both times the people who u send out are very professional and hard working and want to make sure that the job is done to our satisfaction. The last young man who u sent to our house this past week did a great job and made sure we were satisified with his work. I could not have asked for anyone better. Thanks again for all your help. Awesome people and great service
The website is wonderfully convenient to use. ZeroRez called to confirm the appointment and arrival time. Technicians were professional, and as advertised, provided before and after pictures of our dryer venting system. We chose to have the vent pressure monitor installed, and are enjoying knowing that that we can monitor the lint levels and have an easy indicator as to when they need cleaning. Our dryer is also running more efficiently now.

The technician was very helpful, quick but thorough, and knowledgeable. The carpets look fantastic, so clean, bright, and fresh. I like how quickly they are dry, too, not much downtime waiting for them to dry.
