I have been renting my sister's house for 5 years and my 2 dogs left some really bad stains. I did not smell it but my sister did and kept stating she would have to replace the carpeting. I told her our cousin had highly recommended zerorez and my sister said her Facebook friends warned other not to deal with the company because you typically quoted one price and charged a whole lot more. Sure enough when I called about the 3 rooms and one hall for $139.00 which was advertised I was told there was an additional $15.00 because of the equipment. However, because we had more rooms cleaned and the enzymes were used to get out odors it is understandable. My very very picky sister did admit that the house was 90% better with no smell and avoided having to spend several thousand dollars in new carpeting.
