I had my airducts and my dryer vent cleaned by Matthew and Luis, who did an amazing job!!!!! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, on time, and hard working. They explained the process and made sure I understood everything. I absolutely love Zerorez and I knew they would do amazing for air ducts since they do amazing on my carpets and tile. I will continue to use Zerorez and recommend them!! They truly are the best!! By the way, I can tell a difference in my air quality and my a/c is cooling so much better!! Chris and Tomas did a great job. Both are very professional and had good personalities. Chris had some "magic dust" and got a stain out that your previous two crews could not. I let them know on the front end I had a quote for $493 and I had to stick to that for budget purposes. Chris tried hard and with a good sense of humor. Highly recommend both of these guys!

Javaris Johnsoon did a great job, the carpets feel so clean and no residue feel on them. He also took area rugs to be cleaned in house so I am anxious to see how they return. I had a sofa cleaning and it came out excellent.

The young man Mr. Lerone Morgan was fantastic he came in introduced him self and got right to work. He was friendly and knowledgeable about carpets and did s superb join. he wasted no time. He answered all questions and explained the Zerorez way of cleaning and maintaining healthy carpet. I have recommended he and your company to my neighbors.

I like Zerorez, because, I find my carpets, rugs and furniture are much cleaner than with companies that I have used in the past. Your technicians are very professional, attentive, personable and most willing to provide the best job possible. My sofa had several stains, that I didn't think could be removed, but your technicians worked until it was amazingly clean. I have recommended your company to my neighbors, who were not pleased with previous companies.

My rug looked brand new when I received it after the cleaning. Everyone was very courteous from the beginning of the process to its completion. The gentlemen who picked up and returned the rug were especially efficient and polite. I will highly recommend Zerorez to friends and family!
