Nice guy that Josh. Fast and did a good job.
Service was very straight forward, fast and efficient.
I was very pleased with the professionalism of all staff members that I have come in contact with at Zerorez. I was especially pleased with the service tech, Bryan. He was very polite, friendly, and helpful with his explanations of charges, how to care for the carpet the day of cleaning and in the future. After the original walk through, Bryan's explanation of charges matched the quot given me on the phone. I was pleased to know that Zerorez stands by the phone quot. The carpet looked great after the cleaning and I will feel confident in recommending Bryan as a capable and professional service tech and Zerorez as a professional carpet cleaning company.
Punctual, prompt & performed a good job cleaning my carpets.
