Zerorez cleaned the carpet in our commercial property (about 2200sq feet), looks amazing! Carpet hasn't been cleaned since installed so needless to say it's totally a different color now. We'll be using them for our carpet at home soon.

They did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Both representatives were very polite and explained the whole process clearly. My carpets look brand new and they were even able to get rid of the slime spots that we had in our kids playroom. Thank you for a job well done!

The service provider , Mr.Brooks, was very professional . He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. I greatly appreciated the respect and care he showed toward my furniture and the enthusiasm he displayed regarding carpet cleaning. After cleaning my carpets, there was not an overwhelming scent. It just smelled clean. The technicians were on time, pleasant and professional.
There are no harsh chemicals used when cleaning.
I would have given 10 points but my appointment was almost cancelled after scheduling few days before. Good points for the dispatcher for working on keeping it as schedule and 10 points for my technician. He was fast and did an awesome job.
