Zeroez is always on time. My technician was polite and answered all my questions. He did a great job cleaning my carpets and reminded me about extra protectant that I apply on my carpets due to pets. My carpets always clean up great with their treatment.
Michael called 15 minutes before arriving, was courteous & explained Zerorez services before beginning. I have never used Zerorez before but will not only recommend your company but use your company again. Thank you for great service!

Great experience
Aubrianna was professional and did an outstanding job. I would hope to have her each time I use Zerorez!
The attention to detail- protect my home with plastic barriers around the walls so it doesn’t scrape the paint and wooden molding, clearly explain what you’ll be doing and have me check it before leaving.
Results, professional employee
We are purchasing a new home in the area. I called Zerorez based on all of the great reviews and was so glad I did. Everyone from the scheduling to the technicians were curteous and helpful. We had appointments to get our air ducts and carpets cleaned in the same day. Both appointments were easy to schedule, the technicians were early and they actually told me my air ducts had been recently cleaned ao I didn’t need to spend the money on the major cleaning that I had planned. Wow! Talk about honest! Carpets came out beautiful and they went over everything g with me to verify what I wanted before they started cleaning. Thank you Zerorez. You have a new customer!
