My tech was VERY quick, professional, and helpful!!! I would want him to come back again in the future. The pricing was good and so far, the cleaning seems okay. The website DOES however saw NO reoccurring stains, and I see that is NOT true!!!

How clean and fresh it gets my carpet!!

Biggest plus was knowing that no chemicals would be used. Preppy in our first child that was top priority when getting the house ready. It was so easy to book our appointment and zerorez was super helpful on the phone during our discussion and answered all of our questions. Once the tech arrived, he walked me through the process and even put down fans in the rooms we needed to access first after cleaning. Roughly 3 hrs after the tech left our master was completely dry. Highly recommend Zerorez

Dwight did an outstanding job on our carpets! He is very personable yet still worked when treating our carpets. The carpet is much cleaner then it has been in a long time.

No Residue, very clean, very professional. Michael did a fabulous job. He really cared about making sure everything was spotless. He protected the corners of the doorways and walls. He took the time to explain the services the offered and they get everything so clean without leaving residue behind.

As far as I can tell the solution is good. There was no residue and no after odor. It dried quickly. The process was very quick.

You did a great job on my oriental rug. I will bring you a couple more! Thanks.
