It was easy to get an appt. The person was on time. It turned out really well.
I do have one issue. I called to ask for help and put my number in the callback queue, about 20 minutes ago and haven't received a callback. The technician missed two spots. I saw him try to work on one. The other we both missed. So, I need instructions on how I may be able to get the stains up. The question below suggests this may go online, so I am not putting my contact info. I will try back if I don't get a call back.
