Our Technician, Gaben, is VERY professional and extremely courteous, always. He shows up for our appointment on time and always with a smile on his face. You do not have to worry about inviting him into your home, as you do with some other companies!

We have had Gaben before and so when we decided to have Zerorez clean our carpeting again, we requestedd Gaben again. As always, he did an excellent job.

We will always use Zerorez and we will continue to request Gaben come to our home to clean our carpeting and furniture.

Professional attitude and job.

Technicians were polite and professional. Kept me informed what they were doing. Needed some areas to be treated due to pet urine and stains are gone.

Timeliness!!!

Valdimir was great! Very professional and he paid attention to the details. Unfortunately there are a few stains that didn’t come out of the carpet, but that is apparently more due to the type of fiber in the carpet (nylon) rather than to any cleaning method. I’ll remember that when it comes time to replace the carpet!

My first carpet cleaning experience was roughly 10 years ago with the same carpet.He spent roughly 2 hours shampooing my carpets, then rinsed them before he vacuumed up what he just put down over the two hours. In one spot in the carpet, it is apparent that a bleach product was used to remove a juice stain. Several days after he left the stain reappeared and was worse than before. Bottom line. . . I didn't trust carpet cleaners. I spoke with the Zerorez for approximately 10 - 12 minutes about my concerns. She convinced me not to worry and to speak with the carpet tech once he arrived. Lee is the franchise owner and technician who came out on time this past Wednesday. He took the time to explain the Zerorez process and asked me if I wanted to proceed. I told him yes and he took to cleaning my carpets. When he was about half way thru the cleaning, when I came out of the bedroom to check the progress. The results at that point were amazing and I told him so. After Lee finished and packed up his equipment, he let me know if I had any concerns to call the number and my questions / issues would be resolved. So far, no issues. My new furniture is showing up early Friday morning so cleaning the carpets on Wednesday worked out perfectly. Thanks Lee for your professionalism and a credit to your craft. Huahhhhhhh.

How careful Mike was with our home. He took time to be careful and placed corner protectors around the house. He also used these cool fans to assist in drying the floors. The best job we ever got from Zerorez!

Fast service, professional and polite staff, responsive

I love the fact that Zerorez doesn't leave behind any residues or chemicals. We have 2 dogs and 2 young kiddos at home who are still crawling and/or rolling around on the carpets. So the no chemicals was a big part of our decision. The end result was amazing - our carpets look brand new! The technician was on time and super friendly. We did a walk through before he started to make sure I asked any questions I had and he asked about specific areas as well. Then he checked in with me about half way through so I could see the progress and make sure it was all good. Really excellent service and I have already recommended to my sister!

Randolph was our technician and he did an amazing job. Our office rug looks wonderful. He was very helpful and even was able to get out a large stain that we had for several years.
