I have used Zero-rez since I bought my fist house in1999 and it is the only company I recommend to my customers for carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. Years ago I despaired at getting cat urine out of my carpet where a cat had made his way behind a bedside set of drawers e to pee. Zero-rez got out the urine and the stench. I was sold on Zero-rez

The gentlemen were honest and able to deliver on what they said they would do. My main concern was the pet hair on my couch which they were able to get out almost in its entirety.
