The representative was very nice and polite and did everything he was supposed to do. I have a problem with the companies honest, however. You advertise prices but not full disclosure of the final bill.

The service was second to none! The technician was very thorough in explaining the process and what my expectation should be. He also explained the process and advantage of them cleaning my tile floor too and sold me on it! He was very knowledgeable and communicated with me during and after they completed the job too (I had to go back to work). Lee and his partner were a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job on my carpet and tile floors!

I had Vittorio come perform a carpet cleaning and he had his work cut out for him. The carpet was at a rental house that had pet stains, food stains, and dirt. I told Vittorio that I needed a miracle and he ensured me that he was one of the best. HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Zerorez is my new go-to carpet cleaner and I can't speak enough to how clean and new looking the carpets feel and look. Great job, definitely check these guys out if you want like-new carpets without having to buy new carpets.

We’ve used Zerorez several times and have been pleased with each cleaning. Appointments are easily scheduled and price specials appear often. The technicians arrive promptly and appear knowledgeable and genuinely interested in maintaining our carpet. While some are more talkative than others, they are all willing to address our questions and concerns regarding care of our carpet. We’ve never been disappointed with their services. When they leave, our carpet is damp, but dries quickly. Best of all, our carpet looks fantastic!
