Our carpets are 5 years old. They had never been cleaned. James came inside with his equipment and in no time our carpets were as soft and clean and perfect as when they were brand new!!! James was a good-looking young man who knew exactly what to do where to make our carpets clean and new again. We will call Zerorez in a couple years, and hopefully James will still be there!
The service is fast and priced fairly.

Tech was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. She was running behind due to the previous customer, but was great at keeping me informed as to her expected arrival. This is our second time using Zerorez and have been very pleased with both experiences. We will definitely continue to use them.
