I loved the quick appointment and the excellent service. When the dog has a stomach bug, things go wrong. Horribly wrong. I was worried that nothing could make things right again. But, our tech did it! We now have changed the company name from Zero Rez to Hero Rez at our house. Thanks for essentially eliminating all evidence of that long night! The carpet, and the dog, are feeling much better!

Matthew and Luis are awesome! They arrived even earlier than scheduled. They truly respect your home and more importantly, the customer. They did a wonderful job cleaning the ducts and vents. They were meticulous when cleaning, and left no debris behind. Both these fine young men deserve a raise! Zerorez is truly fortunate to have both of them on the Zerorez team.

These guys were the worst. They just kept trying to talk me into all of your services. B/c they were so good, we wound up spending $430 when our original bill was supposed to be $150. Maybe they could come work for me when they're done at ZeroRes!...jk
