Perspire is my daily morning routine it helps me stay health and refreshed. I truly look forward to seeing the staff when I go, they are very caring. I own a preschool so I am around a lot of germs and this helps me keep those germs away! I hate it when I miss a day or 2 hehe!

The facility is always clean and nicely maintained. The employees are friendly and helpful. I enjoy sweating out all of the gunk and starting my day on the right foot.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and the sauna booths feel brand new. I appreciated the red light therapy. Not sure I buy in to the color therapy but I enjoyed picking out a color. The TV with YouTube playlist and cool eucalyptus towel are nice touches.

I had a great experience at my first sauna with perspire. I liked the options for heat and light inside the sauna unit. I especially liked the eucalyptus towel at the end.

I enjoyed my first experience. I just wish you had a location closer to me in Surpirse, AZ. I would definitely get a membership to fully reap the benefits.

Perspire Sauna has been an amazing experience for me. From the moment I walked in, the space was clean, calming, and welcoming. The staff Elaine is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your comfort and wellness.
Most importantly, I can honestly say how much better I feel since coming here. My body feels lighter, my stress levels are lower, and I leave each session feeling refreshed, relaxed, and recharged. It’s become an important part of my self-care routine.

Will was great at the front desk and giving the intro tour. Sauna was hot, lots of red light, and plenty of space for two. Hope to use it again as a nice get away (short) for my wife and me from the kids.

Great rooms

I loved the privacy. The room is a good size, and it was lovely to have a hook for my coat and a comfy chair. The sauna was perfection. I used the screen to play a relaxing video. The shower is just right, loved the beautiful shower head and the fragrant body wash.

The Snø shower is incredible. I wish that I had asked for a shower cap, to be more comfortable standing under it. It was such a fantastic feeling! I thought I couldn’t take it and turned it off, then immediately wanted to try it again. Invigorating! I can’t wait to come back.

It is a beautiful clean facility. The services offered were outstanding. The girl who greeted me was friendly and explained everything very well. The saunas were easy to operate. It was a bonus having a TV there. Love the shower. Left feeling pampered
