Customer service was excellent. Having the video introduction was very informative, and being able to select different options was delightful. I love how the infrared sauna made me feel afterwards. I was so relaxed the rest of my day and I slept well that evening. I will definitely be returning!

My home club is UTC in Sarasota. The Ballantyne location is by far, the nicest, cleanest location I have been too between Florida and NC. Harmony was so nice and gave me a quick tour of the studio. She made me feel welcome in a way other studios have not. I will definitely be back!
